Take a small-group guided dolphin kayak tour along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay at sunset to combine gorgeous visuals with epic dolphin experiences. Little or no experience is necessary to use our sturdy sit-on-top kayaks to explore the coastal waters of Virginia Beach and get closer to wild dolphins than you have ever been before. Guides will help you launch and navigate along the coast for 2-hrs while you relax and enjoy a magnificent view of the sun setting over the Bay.

Meet your guides on the beach at the Main Entrance to First Landing State Park ready for one of Virginia Beach's most unique experiences. After a short briefing on safety and kayak operation, your guides will help launch you and your kayak into the Chesapeake Bay where you will enjoy the thrill of kayaking with Atlantic Bottle nose Dolphins off the Shoreline of Virginia Beach while also witnessing a magnificent sunset.

So much fun

We saw this group going out of First Landing State Park back in July 2022 and then when we came back at the beginning of October we saw them again and asked one of the guides for information. We were concerned it would be too expensive and also that neither myself nor my friend had ever been kayaking and that we might not have enough upper body strength to paddle through the entire tour. So glad we got more information and went. It is not expensive at all, the quick kayak lesson they give before launch is more than enough, our guide Michael was amazing and continued to check in with each person in our group throughout the trip even though my friend and I were the only inexperienced ones in the group. To our surprise upper body strength and fitness level didn't matter one bit, it was amazing, so much fun and just beautiful out there!!! We only saw one or two pods of dolphins but they are wild animals so that is always going to be hit or miss, wish we had seen more but no one can change that part, again they are wild animals. On our next trip this will be a must do again.

Good people

Our excursion was cancelled do to the remnants of the hurricane coming through. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and expedited my refund. When we go back we will book with them again.

Incredible experience!

Matt made it such a wonderful experience! Very knowledgeable and makes sure everyone is comfortable and safe. Highly recommend doing this!

Absolutely an amazing experience!

Matt was absolutely wonderful! The kayaks were in great shape and were perfect for what we were doing! We saw so many dolphins and the sunset was absolutely stunning! I would 100% recommend doing this!
